I am so glad we celebrate the 24th of July as if it is an extension of the 4th.  Otherwise I would not have gotten to use my "Sweet Land of Liberty" wall quilt.  You see I finished it on the 23rd of July, just in time to hang it for the 24th. Wow, I barely made it.

This is a block of the week project from The Corn Wagon Quilt Company. I love this quilt, it has so many 3D embellishments, the ruffles and pinwheels on the cake, the watermelon rind and button seeds, sprinkles on the cupcake, the cherries are yo-yos and I added ladybug and bee buttons to the sunflower. Love, Love, Love it! It's my current favorite and will have to hang well into September, maybe longer.

The Corn Wagon's next block of the week is by the same designer, and it is a halloween wall quilt, it starts August 18th and goes for 5 weeks.  Yes, I'm already signed up.  Hopefully I can finish it before the 30th of October.

2 New Diaper Bags at Kirasma

Hello everyone, I am so excited to announce that I have created and posted 2 new bags. They are large totes and are being used as diaper bags. They have inner pockets, a key fob and the cutest ribbon detail on the outside. Please check them out and tell me what you think.
I am still backed up with orders, I think I'm down to 15 waiting. I have taught 2 classes on how to make the belted purse. And the patterns are close to being done.

Busy, Busy

Hi, I am so busy with custom orders that I don't have time to breathe. I have a lot of new ideas and after the orders the very next job is to get the patterns online. So watch for them in the future. Let me know what you think of the new items.

Custom Purse Listing

I've made some new cyber friends and one of them suggested that I make a custom purse listing. Pick the style, colors, and any extras and i will make it.

New Black, White & Red Purse

Two new posts over the weekend. The black, white and red purse with the flower may be my all time favorite. I made it for Becky and it turned out great. The flower and leaves are made seperate and glued on, I found this glue that is like iron and it is my new favorite tool. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Sharon
